It depends on your data and your calendar, so we set the date with you rather than promise one. We do the data migration from your current system; plan on members setting a password the first time they sign in.
No. Members with an iPhone can use the MemberIQ app if they like, but everything — directory, events, feed, messages, renewals — works in any browser through the member portal.
We migrate it from a CSV export of your current system. Your roster, businesses, each member’s tier and any custom fields come across, and payment history too where your old system exports it. You see a preview before anything is written, and you approve the import before it runs.
