The public website, member portal, iOS app, events and ticketing, dues and renewals, email, sponsors, and the data migration from your current system.
Is there a setup fee or a migration fee?
No. There is no setup fee and no migration fee. We migrate your data from a CSV export of your current system as part of the price.
Does MemberIQ charge fees on payments?
No. MemberIQ adds no surcharge on dues, tickets, sponsorships or other payments taken through your own Stripe account. Stripe’s own processing fees still apply.
How long does setup take?
It depends on your data and your calendar, so we set the date with you rather than promise one. We do the data migration from your current system; plan on members setting a password the first time they sign in.
Can associations that are not chambers use MemberIQ?
Yes. You set whether you’re a chamber, association, alliance, network or council, and MemberIQ uses that word throughout. The price is the same $4,500 a year per organization.
