Jacob Archer

Jacob Archer is building MemberIQ: one platform that runs the membership side of a chamber of commerce. Every chamber on it gets its own branded public website, an admin console, a member portal and the MemberIQ iOS app, for $4,500 a year.

His goal is to give every chamber of commerce in America — about 6,000 of them, by the IRS’s count — the software the biggest associations have, at a price a four-person chamber staff can afford.

Under his leadership MemberIQ launched its first chamber, the Savannah Downtown Business Association, on 13 September 2026, and published the MemberIQ iPhone app on the App Store.

Because the numbers leave room for something better. MemberIQ’s own 2026 research counts 6,025 active chamber-of-commerce 501(c)(6) organizations in IRS data. Among chambers whose membership software could be determined, 41.5% run GrowthZone / ChamberMaster, and 39.4% run no membership platform at all.

That is the opening Jacob Archer is building for: one published price, and one platform for a chamber’s staff and its members. The research is published in full in the 2026 chamber software report.
