Terms and Conditions

The short version: you pay for the platform, your organization owns its data, we keep the service running and secure, and either side can end the relationship — your data leaves with you.
1. The service
MemberIQ, operated by Archer Studios (“we”), provides a membership-management platform for chambers of commerce and professional organizations: member records, events and ticketing, messaging, payments, analytics, a public website, and an iOS mobile app.
2. Fees
The platform is billed per organization at the published pricing — a single annual platform fee — with no per-seat fees. There is no long-term contract; cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current billing period.
3. Your data
Your organization owns its member data. We process it only to operate the service, we do not sell it, and on request we will export it to you in a standard format. Payment card processing is handled by Stripe; card numbers never touch our servers.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use the platform to send spam, host unlawful content, or attempt to access another organization’s data. We may suspend accounts that put other customers at risk, and will always tell you why.
5. Service and liability
We work to keep the service available and your data backed up, but the service is provided “as is” and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim. We will notify you of any incident affecting your data without undue delay.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced to your organization’s administrators in advance. Questions: hello@memberiq.co.
