How do members pay chamber dues online?
You define your membership tiers and connect your own Stripe account. Members join and renew online, can choose a different tier when they renew, and can opt into automatic yearly renewal by card. Signed-in members can open a printable receipt for each of their dues payments.
How are membership renewals handled?
Reminder emails go out 60, 30, 7, 2 and 1 days before each renewal date. If an automatic-renewal card is declined, a follow-up email sequence starts, and you can run a win-back workflow for lapsed members.
What else can a chamber sell through MemberIQ?

Does MemberIQ take a cut of our payments?
No. There is no MemberIQ surcharge on payments taken through your own Stripe account. Stripe’s own processing fees still apply.
