How do chambers sell event tickets online?
Create a free or ticketed event, set a capacity limit and a member price, and MemberIQ takes payment through Stripe checkout and emails a ticket confirmation. Ticket revenue lands in your own Stripe account, not ours.
How does check-in work at the door?
Each event has a printable QR code that signed-in members scan to check themselves in. Guests show the check-in code from their ticket email, and staff enter it to check them in. RSVPs and guest lists are tracked alongside.
Can members submit events to a community calendar?
Yes. Members and the public can submit events for staff approval. Approved events appear on a community calendar on your site, kept separate from the chamber’s own events.

Where does event ticket revenue go?
Into your organization’s own Stripe account. MemberIQ adds no surcharge on those payments; Stripe’s own processing fees still apply.
Can members pay a different price than non-members?
Yes. Events support member pricing alongside the regular ticket price.
Can we run free events and cap attendance?
Yes. MemberIQ supports both ticketed and free events, each with an optional capacity limit.
Can I see how an event performed?
Yes. Each event has a results panel showing its RSVPs, check-ins and ticket revenue, and your periodic reports include per-event attendance and no-show figures.
