What goes in a chamber member directory?
Each listed member business gets a public page with its name, category, logo and website link, and a fuller profile inside the member portal. The public directory is searchable, members update their own listing from the portal, and one script tag embeds the live directory into a website you already have.
How do new members apply and get approved?
Applications from your website land in your Leads pipeline, and applications from the iOS app land in an admin review queue. When you approve a member, MemberIQ creates their login, emails them a link to set a password, and starts any welcome workflow you have active. Members can also join and pay online without a review step.
Can we bring our existing member roster?
Yes. The CSV roster import maps columns automatically, handles custom-field columns and duplicates, and shows a preview of your first mapped rows before anything is written. You can email each imported member a link to set their password, and moving your data from your current system is included in the price.
