Why chambers look elsewhere

- Depth: the Core tier also lists "Member Segmentation", "Robust Reporting", and "API and Single Sign On". MemberIQ has fixed standard reports and CSV export, no custom report builder, and no single sign-on.1
- Openness: Novi publishes a monthly price and an onboarding fee for every tier. Its top tier, for annual revenue of $6M and up, is listed as "starting at".2,1,3,4,5,6,7
